Sales are final on custom bags because they are made-to-order. Please contact me directly concerning questions about other bags. I try to be clear in item descriptions so you know axactly what you are buying.
I will accept returns on regular sales as long as they are returned in new unused condition within 3 days of reciept. The delivery confirmation date for this.
Be sure to double check custom strap lengths by trying on a bag you know you like the strap length on. Also, try measuring the opening of a bag you like. This will give some real life visuals for the bag size you request.
Please contact me to let me know if you would like to mail the bag back to me.
