I make sure to cover all the details in my descriptions, so please make sure to READ THE ENTIRE LISTING carefully! All measurements are listed for every aspect of an item, please check them for your own knowledge. Images are taken to capture detail of each piece of jewelry & by doing so will cause the pieces to appear slightly larger with close up shots. There are very few situations where "Buyer's Remorse" is applicable for exchange. Photographs are detailed & descriptions are clear, I make sure customers know exactly what they're getting if all the information is properly acknowledged & read.

REPAIRS:
If an item appears defective or breaks within TWO WEEKS (14 business days) of arrival, please contact me ASAP. Do not hesitate to contact me if unfortunately this should occur, after the designated time of TWO WEEKS, this is no longer an option. Int'l customer repairs will be determined by the cost of the item in question, & rather a refund for the items price or replacement would better remedy the situation. Photo evidence of damage will be requested upon notification of the issues at hand. If you cannot provide photographic evidence of the damage in question I can not assist you. After the time frame of 2 weeks (14 Business Days), wear & tear is subject to the buyer's use & can no longer be the seller's responsibility.

EXCHANGES:
The Beee Hive may choose to accept exchanges at a case by case discretion. If an exchange is accepted the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping of the item to the seller & also the shipping of the new item. An exchange item must be unused/worn & in it's original packaging with no damage. Earrings are not applicable for exchanges. Exchanges are for item of equal or lesser value of the first item purchased.For items of higher cost, the exchanged item's value will be deducted & then the difference will be required to be paid before shipment.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to dicuss an exchange. Item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery with proof of shipment.

DAMAGED//LOST PACKAGES:
All items are packaged securely within a gift box & padded bubble mailer.
Once the item(s) leave my hands at the post office & until it gets into your procession, it is the US Postal Service's responsibility. If something should unfortunately happen, please contact your local post office for options & open a claim with the USPS. If you purchased insurance & your item arrives damaged please contact me via your order invoice so that we can work on opening your claim ASAP. If you packaged is insured & your item doesn't arrive within it's time frame, please contact me as well. Items need to be missing in the mail for 21 US days & 45 INT'L days before they can officially be considered "LOST" & a claim can then be filed/opened. IF your item's tracking is updated "DELIVERED" but you did not receive the item please contact the USPS & report this incident to them. If the packaged is insured but marked delivered I cannot file a claim until the USPS declares the package undelivered/missing, etc.

PURCHASING THE INSURED POSTAGE DURING CHECKOUT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
