Microwave and dishwasher safe! The design is fused into the mug which means it will not fade or chip. Top rack of the dishwasher is recommended.

Turn garment inside out. Wash in cold water with mild detergent. No bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron over design.

Each listing will have a size chart shown in the photos. A great way to determine sizing is to take a good fitting shirt and measure it. Compare that to our size charts.

If an item is eligible for exchange, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that that if you received free shipping with your $35+ order, the original shipping fee for your item(s) exchanged/returned will be added and deducted from the amount you receive back, if applicable.

When will my order arrive?

Majority of our items will ship in 3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. This does not include transit time. See below for estimates for each shipping class. USPS First Class Mail 3-5 business days USPS Priorty Mail 1-3 business days USPS Priortiy Mail Express 1-2 business days If your item has shipping included it will ship via USPS first class by default. You have the option to upgrade at checkout. Since transit time is out of our control we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Will I get to see my order before it is shipped?

In order to maintain a short production time I do not regularly send previews, or mock ups, before shipping. If you would like to a mock up before hand keep in mind that this could delay your order if I don't hear back from you. Be sure to check messages regularly if you do request a mock up.

I submitted the wrong address, how will I get my order?

Please check your address before ordering. We will not be responsible for returned or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses. Returned packages can be reshipped at BUYER'S expense. Refund will not be given should buyer decide not to pay for reshipment.

Will you offer free shipping for coffee mugs?

Shipping heavier items can be pricey. Once you add the weight of the mug, box and protective wrap; our only option is to ship Priority Mail. We use current USPS pricing, minus our shop discount.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Retain all packing materials and contact us right away. Most items are shipped with USPS and include insurance. In most cases, USPS does require inspection of the item in order to approve the claim. Please be sure to provide any information to them to expedite reshipment. Failure to do so could deny the claim.

Our kids tees are available in infant sizes from 6 months to 24 months and toddler sizes from 2T to 5T. All shirts are unisex sizing.

Infant Sizes

The infant shirts run on the small side, if you are unsure of sizing I'd suggest sizing up.
