Additional policies
My Berry Patch line is made of fine quality 100% cotton fabrics. All of my knit fabrics are pre-washed to minimize any further shrinkage. The high quality woven designer prints I use shrink very little, if at all (0-3%). I add a little extra room when sizing my garments to allow for any slight residual shrinkage of these fabrics.
FAQs
Berry Patch clothes match the industry sizing standard used by most better brand clothing lines found in stores. As a guideline, children (infants-8 yrs) of average height & weight will generally wear the size that's closest to their age . My clothing designs include sizing flexibility features to accommodate different body types and insure a long lasting fit.
Except for my mid-calf length skirts, most of my dresses and skirts are designed to fall at or just below the knee. Dress and skirt length measurements according to size are provided in the listing description details and also in additional FAQs below. All my clothing is made of premium quality preshrunk 100% cotton colorfast fabrics and has a sewn-in Berry Patch USA care label. Berry Patch clothes are constructed to withstand the rigors of repeated laundering and everyday play. Machine wash & dry at med/low temperatures with colors similar to the lightest colors in the garment. Residual shrinkage is minimal (0-3%). If ironing is desired, use the steam setting.
Laundering tip: To eliminate wrinkles when laundering cotton skirts and dresses, use your dryer's 'low heat/less dry' setting. Dry them along with other garments to create a gentle tumbling effect. Remove promptly when they are nearly dry to touch, give them a shake to straighten, and hang them up.

Your order will arrive ready for gifting. Each garment is wrapped in tissue paper that's affixed with a 'Handcrafted in Oregon, Berry Patch USA' 4-color logo sticker, and then inserted into a water proof sleeve for protection. Smaller orders are mailed in a tear-proof tyvek envelope. Larger orders are shipped in a Priority Mail box.
Gifts mailed to recipient: If your order is for a gift that's being mailed directly to the recipient, I am happy to include a handwritten notecard with your personalized message. Just let me know what you'd like it to say, in 'Note to seller' at checkout!
