Inspired by the Strugatsky Brothers' "Roadside Picnic", these "empties" play with immovable space. put in through the back of the ear, these earrings appear as a minimalist 7mm bar in the front of the lobe. With a seemingly impossible balance (they're actually very secure) the back hangs just under an inch and a half with gentle grace. The opposing earrings switch concave and convex orientation for a subtle wink at observation. A puzzle and a beauty.

Each piece is made individually and uniquely yours. Due to the process, we encourage you to look forward to variation.

Whenever possible, store pieces in a jewelry box, cloth or plastic bag to help prevent tarnish. If tarnish needs to be removed, a polishing cloth or commercial silver/gold cleaners may be used.

Do not use polishing cloths on oxidized work, it will remove the patina. For general cleaning, it is safe to clean your silver and gold jewelry with a soft toothbrush and common dishwashing liquid (for pieces containing no natural materials).

As with all jewelry, avoid contact with chlorine.
