Description

This custom map heart art beautifully combines a favourite photograph with map hearts to create a unique personalised gift. Ideal to be given as a wedding gift, for a paper anniversary or as a special family keepsake this piece captures the places that mean the most to the recipients.

Your choice of photograph can sent by Etsy message or email after placing the order. I can change the photo colours to black and white if required, just let me know what you'd prefer. Each heart measures 3x3.5cm (1.2"x1.4”)

Your choice of locations will either be cut from atlases/maps or sourced online and printed onto card. Most often a mixture of both methods is used. Maps of very specific places, street names etc will generally be much paler in colour due to them being so zoomed in. Bear this in mind if you are hoping for a colourful final artwork with interesting maps.

Use the 'Add your personalisation' box to provide the details for your artwork. The photo to include can be sent by Etsy message after placing the order.

All maps will be triple layered creating a 3D effect. Place names will be as central to the heart as possible, the scale of maps will vary which adds to the beauty of this piece creating a totally unique combination.

The artwork area measures 12x12cm (4¾”x4¾"). The frame measures 25x25cm (10”x10") - available in white, black or wood effect.

You will receive photos of your completed artwork to approve/request changes before the order is dispatched.

FAQs

The time required to make an order will vary depending on my workload. The current turnaround time can be found in the 'shop announcement' on the homepage for Made By Mrs Jones.

Any orders to be received by specific dates must be discussed prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment.

Use the 'Note to seller' box that appears during checkout to provide personalisation details for your
chosen artwork (map locations/text/colours etc).

Any photos to be included in artwork can be attached to a message using the 'contact' button.

I will be in touch if any details need further information or clarification.

Frame sizes for each product can be found in the product listing description. The frame sizes are not able to be changed I'm afraid.

All artwork orders arrive wrapped in clear cellophane and sparkly turquoise tissue paper before being wrapped in bubble wrap and securely packaged in custom made cardboard boxes.

Made By Mrs Jones artwork is delicate and fragile in nature. Care should be taken when opening parcels as all frames have glass fronts. Artwork should not be hung in full view of sunlight to prevent colour fading, I also advise not hanging Made By Mrs Jones artwork above radiators.

Many listings only have 'one' in stock as this allows me to carefully manage my stock levels ensuring that options do not sell out. It also allows me to frequently renew listings to reach a wider audience.

If you wish to purchase more than one of any item please do let me know and if I have enough frames in stock I will adjust the quantity available to allow you to complete checkout.
