Description

everybody loves eliza doolittle's cinderella tale from covent garden flower girl to passing for hungarian royalty at the ball. through the rigorous speech exercises from henry higgins, to the challenge from colonel pickering, these two linguists take a "draggletailed guttersnipe" and turn her into a lady of poise and diction. but she's still the fiery eliza we first met in the rain selling violets.

inspired by bernard shaw's "pygmalion" and the broadway and movie versions of "my fair lady," my faerie tale feet piece "the language of a lady." graces the cover of this greeting card.

blank on the inside and suitable for any occasion, the front of the card reads:

"walk! not bloody likely.
i'm going in a taxi."

card measures 4.25 x 5.5" folded.
comes with a hand-embellished kraft envelope (design may vary.)
