I want to ensure that all of my customers are happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of receiving an item and we can discuss a suitable option. Refunds/exchanges will not be given after 3 days.
I will be happy to exchange an item or refund your money in full, less the cost of shipping, once the item has been returned to me in its original condition. Note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and delivery confirmation must be included with the return shipment. If returned items arrive damaged, refunds/exchanges will not be given. If an item is exchanged, the cost of shipping the new item will also be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that I am only able to accept exchanges for items already available in my shop.
