Ursus megaloceros, commonly referred to as the great horned bear, lived throughout Eurasia and North America during the middle to late Pleistocene epoch, becoming extinct nearly 12,000 years ago. It weighed 1,800-2,200 pounds, and standing on its hind legs measured 12-14 feet high from toe to antler. Though formidable in stature, it subsisted on a purely vegetarian diet and is considered by science to be one of the cuddliest creatures of its era.

Likes: berries, sleep, giant sloths.
Dislikes: bees, fire, sarcasm.
