* Please be sure to read all descriptions on items when choosing sizes. My work is custom work....my rings fit according to the size and shape of your toes.
* If you chose the wrongs sizes and want to return your purchase for the correct fit, a CUSTOM FEE of $3.00 for small toe rings and $5.00 for big toe rings would be applied.... for each ring. There will be no refunds on shipping costs and you will be charged for shipping for the exchange.
* If your rings are damaged from shipping, please attach a photo of damaged goods for an exchange or refund. There will be no refund for shipping costs.
* If a return is agreed upon , you MUST return the item within a week. If I don't receive the item within a 7 days, you will not receive a refund. This applies to Domestic only.
* You have 14 days to respond if you haven't received your order after shipping notification has been applied. Beyond two weeks, there will be no refunds considered, unless it's international.
* There will be no refunds on tracking marked delivered and accepted.
* Once the items are in your possession, I will not be responsible for damage caused by wear and tear. You will not receive a refund or an exchange.
