I ordered this dress back in November. When it never came I contacted the shop and she said it would send out that day. I tracked the package and it hadn't been shipped yet. After reaching out to another person who seemed to have the same experience I decided to open a case and get a refund. The seller was quick to refund me for the purchase and told me that the item was missing from the shop inventory. At this point, I'm happy I got my refund, but I don't think I would order from this shop again. I feel like a lot of this could have been solved if there was more communication on the sellers part.

I would leave an accurate review for this item had I received it yet. I ordered this Nov 22nd. I sent two Etsy messages and one email to the seller between the following Monday and Wednesday before she finally replied on Wednesday (a week after I had placed the order) to tell me it would ship that day. As of right now (two days later) the shipping label has been created but it hasn't actually been taken to the post office yet. I'm so unhappy with this seller.
Update: I finally received my refund from the seller today 12/5 which only happened after I opened a case and escalated. She never responded to any of my Etsy messages or to any of the messages I left in the open case. She essentially took my money, lied to me about shipping the dress, did not return any messages or offer any explanation.

Nightmare transaction. Buyer harassed and threatened me repeatedly after she received the refund she requested, and continued to message me after being asked quite plainly to stop. Extremely glad this item never left my possession. Sellers beware.
