This wall hanging was handmade with picture frames I found in a local thrift shop and wool yarn. Add some color and texture to your interior with this geometrical wall hanging!

It might not look very macramé-ish, but it I use macramé knots to attach the hanging yarn to the hand-wrapped frames.

The bigger picture frame is 29cm wide and the entire wall hanging is about 64cm from top to bottom.

I chose not to add a hanging thread, because this would visually distract from the design of the wall hanging. The easiest way to hang it is to place the upper frame over one or two regular nails.

The yarns I used are 100% wool. Because I used thrift shop picture frames for this wall hanging, there will never be another one exactly like it.

Wall hangings are wrapped carefully, but the fringes might arrive a bit messy and need some gentle hand-combing to be put back into place.
