Great product but noticed a typo on my order and received attitude from shop owner when I asked her to redo and send out as soon as possible. I understand mistakes happen but when it was not a typo on my side I expected her to be more concerned with fixing the issue than telling me it will be when she returns back to her computer. What should have been said was my apologies I will get right on that. After resending correct order she emailed again and was a bit sarcastic then as well. Will not reorder from here.

Thank you for your order Brenda. So sorry you took our response to your message as sarcasm. It was not meant that way. I am not sure how us relaying that "weekends are for family time, but that we would send a new file as soon as we got back to our computers" would be considered attitude. We wanted to respond rather than not acknowledge your message and leave you hanging for the couple of days it may have taken for us to get back to your order. Was absolutely not meant in any sarcastic way whatsoever. Please see our other feedback. Customer service is and always has been very important to us.
