The sweaters were great. There were 100 of them and they all were wool, alpaca, cashmere, and many more types. Very props delivery. I would buy from here again! Thanx

This hat fits perfectly and arrived super fast. It was slightly customized for me because my head is a little large, so that was much appreciated. So warm for the Wisconsin winter!

If there is a problem, please contact me to see what we can work out. Most of my items I will give a full refund on. However, if I feel that the item is returned in a manner that it was not shipped in, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Return postage is on you. All items that are returned are not re-listed on etsy. Items must be received within 30 days of initial delivery to be eligible for a refund.
