Description

Are you tired of scrubbing wheels week after week? With these soft fleece wheel covers never scrub, soak or spray poop everywhere again. They provide a nice running surface that can be easily cleaned. When soiled just remove, wash, and use again.

They are machine washable, wash on cold and tumble or air dry.

They easily attach to the back of your wheel with velcro.

You can now choose between our Basic Wheel Covers and our Deluxe Wheel Covers. The Deluxe Wheel Covers secure around the edge of the wheel with elastic. The back has a waterproof layer protecting the adhesive velcro from urine and extending it's life.

The patterned fabric can be on the upright surface of the back of the wheel or the wheel's tread surface where your pet runs. The pattern can also be paired with any solid color. If you want something other than is pictured in the listing please let me know at check out.

Be sure to select the correct wheel type. If you are unsure, feel free to message me. If you have a wheel not listed, message me and we can take measurements to make a custom wheel just for you.

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and you contact us within 7 days of the items having been marked delivered (Note that this is 14 days for all EU customers). We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom items, this includes, but is not limited to, cage liners, and any pick your pattern or color items. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back to us and any refund (minus shipping) will be processed once recieved in excellent condition. For exchanges, the buyer will be charged shipping for the exchanged item.

All Desert Hedgehogs products come with a 30 day warranty, which covers only defects in materials. This does not cover (including but not limited to) damage during shipping, intentional damage, or damage caused by misuse of the product.

You can also opt for a replacement product. You may ship the product back and once received we will ship you a new one.

If we can fix the damage by shipping you a replacement part we reserve the right to choose this option in lieu of a full refund. Please do not attempt to fix the damage prior to contacting us. Doing so may damage the item further and if we can not sort of what you have damaged from the initial damage this may void your warranty.

Items ship USPS usually first class or ground. We have priority (2-3 day) or express (1 day) available upon request, we can create you a custom listing for a shipping upgrade. Your shipping cost includes tracking number, but not insurance. If you'd like insurance, especially for a large order, please send us a conversation and we'll create you a custom listing. If you want any other custom services like signature delivery, or want to use a private carrier, please contact us.

SHIPPING TIME IS NOT PROCESSING TIME.

Approximate processing time is listed with each item and only includes business days (NOT weekends or US postal/bank holidays). Processing time does NOT include shipping - it is the amount of time that it takes for an item to be completed and put in the mail. We understand that our customers would like to receive their items as soon as possible, and we always adhere as closely as possible to the processing time and estimated shipping date. However, orders with multiple items MAY take longer to be completed (as much as one additional business day per additional item in the order).

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected orders. We are not responsible for items held by customs. Please allow for up to 60 days for international orders to arrive, items can take weeks to clear customs in some cases.

If you'd like to upgrade or change your order after you've placed it, contact us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate you but we reserve the right to ship you the item you ordered.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, because it is our duty to ship the package to the shipping address placed on your order. If you notify us before your item ships, we can cancel and reissue the order so you can put the correct shipping address on it. If you contact us after we've already shipped the order there is nothing we can do.

If packages are returned to us through the mail because they were misdirected or undeliverable, we will charge you the additional shipping to resend the package, as well as any postage fees we paid to receive the misdirected package. You can also opt to not receive the item and have the item refunded minus shipping and handling.

On international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not registered to collect VAT and therefore all VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
