This beginner friendly, oversized blanket sweater cacoon is made by knitting a basic rectangle on large needles while holding two strands of chunky Lion Brand Woolspun yarn together. It creates a squishy, loose, fairly heavy blanket like fabric using the stockinette stitch for the main portion and seed stitch for the edging. Buttons are attached for ease of wearing as well as to add a trendy touch. The stitches on the sweater are loose enough for the buttons to fit through, eliminating the need to knit button holes. A large, statement piece to cuddle up in all winter long!
This is a one size fits most pattern. Modeled on a size small, drape will fit will vary for size large.

**This pattern does not contain multiple sizes or pattern support on how to change the sizing that is stated.
