Description

Ladies Kaftan - coat is a garment worn over the top dresses.

This is a nice, very feminine outfit good for reenactress of Vikings age

It is long to the ground, perfect to show Your high status. It has two gores on each side.Special low neckline will show Your beautifull jewelery.

Kaftan is fit very nice for every body. It has no buttons - in Scandinavia, the kaftans were fastened on the breast by the clasp.

Kaftan is decorated on cuffs with hems and selvadge, and at bottom by hem. Is made of a beautiful, warm wool (you can choose a color – brown, green, dark blue, black, red ect.), and have lining in selected color.

Used materials: Wool, linen

Finishes: hems on slevees. Color of wool and linen can be selected. Outfit has a machine stitching (invisible), and all visible stitching have been made manually.


Coat sewn to order - Body measurements I need: height, chest circumference biceps circumference

Estimated preparing time: 3 weeks + delivery 1-2 weeks

I love this hat! It's exactly as it was advertised, and exactly what I was looking for. Excellent construction (my pro-sewing wife approves!), excellent materials, and excellent fit. The hat looks just like what is pictured, no surprises. I will be back to order more hats and clothing form these nice ladies.
I made my order on the evening of 25Jan2018 in the USA & received the hat on 8Feb2018 from Warsaw, Poland. Absolutely no complaints there. 13 days from order to arrival for a hand made item from across the Atlantic is no small feat. Very happy.

As always this item is beautiful. Almost every item of Viking age clothing that I own has come from SlavMedievalShop. I highly recommend them. I am 6'5" tall and 230 lbs. The XL Kyrtle fits me like it was made specifically for me.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT, REFUND, AND RETURNS OF THE GOODS

1.The returns:

a) The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of delivery if the goods were purchased outside the registered office of the Shop.

b) The right to return does not apply to products with the characteristics specified by the Customers in their order or closely associated with them. Therefore, it is not possible to return outfits made-to-measure, individual orders and selvedges.

According to the article 2, act 1 from the Act of March 2, 2000 "About the protection of the consumer's rights and about the responsibility for any damage caused by dangerous products"

c) In case of returning the goods, Customer should send it on his/her own expense, along with the fulfilled and signed form of the withdrawal from the agreement and an account number or an address (PayPal) to which the money should be transferred.

d) The document necessary to get the refund is the invoice or bill issued for the returned items.

e) The Shop does not refund the costs of shipping and service costs of PayPal account

f) The Shop accepts unused goods, in the original packaging. The goods should be appropriately packed by the Customer for the shipping.

g) The returned goods bearing the signs of use or damaged will not be accepted.

2. Complaint:

a) The subject of the complaint are goods which are damaged or faulty because of the Shop.

b) If the Customers wish to return damaged or faulty goods, after contacting via e-mail (rzepkowepole@gmail.com) or telephone (793 099 906) - in order to warn about the situation and to determine how to ship the faulty product – they send the subject of complaint on their own expanse, addressed to:
