This is a very simple yet elegant ear cuff design. It can be worn as is or with a chain and bead dangle charm (sold separately).

~Please send me a note when you purchase the item and let me know whether you want a right or a left cuff. If two of the same color are ordered and there is no note I WILL ASSUME YOU WANT A MATCHED SET~

I accept all electronic forms of payment. PayPal, Direct Checkout, and Etsy Gift Cards. I do not accept money order or checks, or any form that has to be transferred by mail.

I will only mail to the address listed on your PayPal or Etsy account information. No other supplemented address will be accepted.

Returns & exchanges

Please contact me within three days of receiving your package, if something is wrong with it or it was damaged in transit. Together we can discuss the issue and decide whether and return and refund is the best option. I do offer complete return and refund for damaged items, under the conditions that you contact me within three days of delivery, and provide me with a valid tracking number within three days of our mutual agreement to return and refund.

Shipping policies

Shipping Policy: USPS is my default shipping service, but UPS is also available if you request it. I do accept shipping upgrades if you wish your packaged to be packed, shipped, or insured differently from my default procedure. I do offer combined shipping if you buy multiple items from me.
I do request that you buy from me at least ten days before you need to have the item(i.e. if you're buying it as a birthday gift for someone). I ship within 3 to 5 days of the purchase date. I will always provide the tracking number to your package, as well as personal confirmation that it is mailed.

International Shipping Policy: I am not responsible for packages after they have left the United States. I am not responsible for your country's import or customs fees and taxes. It is your responsibility to research whether the items I sell are imported into your country or forbidden. I will not issue refunds for confiscated packages.

Privacy Policy: I promise to never share, sell, or use your personal and contact information(name, address, email address, etc.)

Communication Policy: I seek to always have open communication with you. I will accept and respond to all questions, concerns, and comments. I will thank you for your business upon purchase notification. I will send you a valid tracking number and expected date of delivery and personally verify that your package has been shipped. I will contact you after the expected date of delivery to ensure your packaged reached your safely, and it good condition.
I will answer and clarify any questions regarding custom orders.
