Please check item dimensions carefully before placing your order. Huisje Design miniature items and settings are approximately 1:12 scale but may not be a suitable size for any existing 1:12 setting in which you might intend to place them.

If you would like to request a return, the full price of the item purchased will be refunded once the item has been received by me in it’s original undamaged condition. Delicate items are securely packed in sturdy packaging boxes, and packages will most usually arrive with no problem. Huisje Design will not be not responsible in the rare instance of loss of or damage to posted items if insurance has not been purchased.

Yes, we do offer shipping by surface mail, FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY, i.e., customers OUTSIDE OF OF AUSTRALIA. If you would like to reduce postage costs and are prepared to wait a little longer for your items to arrive, please contact us before making your purchase and we will let you know the cost and charge accordingly. With the exception of the Flat-Pack Nude Canal House, the default shipping method for all items in our shop is airmail. The default shipping method for the Flat-Pack Nude Canal House is surface mail, but you can choose to upgrade to airmail at the point of checkout within the listing for that item if you would like to. Items shipped by surface mail take somewhere between 2-3 months to arrive.
