Returns Policy

You may return new items items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item), we will pay for the return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of receiving refund authorization from us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) if you return the item, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We cannot offer exchanges just because it makes it easy to create errors in our system. We can, however, provide you with store credit if you're interested.

We are VERY sorry for this huge inconvenience, but in order to provide you with cheap shipping options, we have to ship with USPS for now. We do our best to choose other options when available.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing time is how long it takes to make and label and pack your order, and shipping time is the time in which your order will be in transit to you.

We try to provide tracking information for all packages. If you have a concern or question about an item that you purchased and are awaiting its arrival, let us know.

For the safety of the end consumer, I do use preservatives to fight bacteria growth. However, I have very carefully researched over a long amount of time to find all natural, paraben and formaldehyde free preservatives, to best protect the health of my customers. COMPETITORS POLICY
We do not sell to competitors. If your order is flagged in our system as being an order from a competing business that sells similar products to our own, we will cancel it immediately. We make no exceptions for this. Unfortunately, we have a lot of competitors buy our products on Etsy to steal our formulas and ideas. We put a lot of hard work into coming up with our formulas and unique products. We hope other makers will do the same, but unfortunately that's not always the case. Thus, we have this policy, and we adhere to it strictly with no exceptions. Thanks for understanding.

We are not able to customize orders anymore due to our growing demand for orders and the fact that we already offer over 100+ products. I'm sure we have something for what you're looking for! Do contact us if you'd like help curating some items for the perfect gift or for your skincare/grooming routine.
We do offer will call! We are located in Federal Way, WA and to save on shipping, you must write in your order notes "WILL CALL PICKUP" and we will contact you as quickly as possible after we see your order come through and refund you for shipping and set up an appointment for when you can pick up your order.
We do occasionally collaborate with other makers for giveaways or special limited edition products. We LOVE to do this! Please contact us if you're a maker!

At this time, we are selective about our blog collaborations. If you are looking to receive free product from us in order to review it for your blog, please send us information about how many daily unique visitors you get to your blog, and all of your social media information, including numbers of followers.
Please contact us prior to ordering if you have allergies to certain ingredients. We do use nut oils in some, but not all of our products. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend not using our products, because of possible exposure.
We get asked a lot which scent is everyone's favorite...
The Lumberjack, definitely! It's our most neutral and a fairly subtle scent, while still being a delightfully warm woodsy essence.

The Viking, The Peacemaker, The Gent, and The Connoisseur are also very popular, so if you aren't sure what the possible recipient likes in a scent, those are safe bets! We offer a Beard Oil Sampler (https://www.etsy.com/listing/179202809/beard-oil-sampler-kit-pick-3-beard-oil) which can be used as a scent sampler for any of our men's products.
In our creams, lotions, and emulsions, we do use a natural, ECOCERT preservative. It's naturally derived and used to make sure the emulsions don't grow bacteria, which can cause you harm. Every lotion you use has a preservative in it or it will mold and grow bacteria. Ours is the only natural one on the market that's 100% PEG free, paraben free, and formaldehyde free.
