Condition: excellent
The Story: Previously loved, this watercolour was conservation/archival framed in 1998 by Stalf's Framing and Restoring Gallery of Toronto in an one-inch black metal frame; frame has some scratches but nothing substantial. This watercolour is a good purchase for new and established collectors.
