Description

This product is kind of hard to explain because I have tried to obtain information and have come up a little short. Ruth and Bill “Bud” Ferries owned and operated a heating and sheet metal shop called Ferries Metal Products in Beaver Dam Wisconsin. In the back of the building was a fishing store called Bill’s Tackle Box. I believe that this unit was used in conjunction with a regular vintage Beaver Dam tip up. It takes 2 C batteries. When the button on the bottom is pushed in the light goes off. So apparently something held the button in until a fish would bite then the light would go on. Also, note that on the bottom are 2 female snaps. The whole unit was snapped into something. The light is 6 inches in height and 2.5 inches in diameter, at the base.
Thanks for looking!
