Tile dimensions approx. 9"w
x 4.5"h x 3/4" d, plus 1" above for wire hanger.

Ceramic tile of raven/crow hand pressed using press mold designed and made by me. Details of each bird are then sculpted and the background pattern drawn by hand, making each tile unique and original. After bisk firing, each tile is painted with layers of slips, engobes, and glazes, then fired again in an electric kiln. Finished with a wire hanger, tile comes ready to display. Protect tile from wet then freezing weather.

I got this for a friend as a thank-you gift and had it shipped directly to her. The service was super-fast, the tile arrived in perfect condition, and my friend LOVES it. This work is so gorgeous I'm going to have to make sure I don't sneak it out of my friend's house next time I visit....no, no, I wouldn't do that, but I may have to get one of my own.

Protect pieces from getting wet and freezing.
Fired ceramic is a durable material that has survived for centuries in the right conditions, but cycles of wet and freezing weather will likely damage mine.
Slightly irregular edges are part of the design of my tiles, therefore all dimensions vary slightly across the individual pieces.
