All purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Please contact me (via Etsy conversation) prior to purchase if you are in need of an overnight, expedited or alternate shipping method.

I rely on the USPS Delivery Confirmation as proof that your package has reached its destination. Delivery confirmation is included in your shipping costs; however, if you wish to purchase additional services, such as insurance, please contact me prior to placing an order so I can adjust the listing accordingly.

Please be sure to provide correct shipping information during your checkout process. Due to our small operating space, we are unable to receive returned packages and hold them for extended periods of time. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, the re-shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer. The re-shipping fee must be paid by the buyer for a 2nd shipping label and the package must be re-shipped to the buyer within 7 days of its return to our shop. If after 7 days the re-shipping fee has not been paid by the buyer, allowing us to re-ship an order, we can no longer be held responsible for the order and reserve the right to dispose of the package.

Custom designs are subject to artistic interpretation. Elements of each design shown may be adjusted to be sure your design looks great. ❤

-We may use lower case letters only for personalization. For example, we may use "wendy" instead of "Wendy"

-We may correct personalization information that is grammatically incorrect. For example, if "The Ward's" is submitted, we may correct it to "The Wards".

-We may replace fonts and symbols shown in designs for a better fit. For example, we may replace "and" with "&".

-We may use ribbon that is different from the ribbon shown in the listing photo, For example, we may alter the color or pattern of the ribbon in any design.

-We may alter the size of the individual elements of the design to be sure that the proportions work well together. For example, the name "Will" would be scaled differently that the name "William" if placed on one of our name rounds.

We work very hard to be sure that each design meets our high standards. The changes and adjustments are only made to keep to this level of quality. ❤
