Postage: most of my products are free postage within the UK, other countries/territories outside mainland UK may incur a postage fee which you will see at time of ordering. The price for delivery includes postage and packaging, our items are sent via Royal Mail and are sent using Standard / first class Airmail service. Within the UK it will be sent by First Class post as standard.
We do not currently offer special postal services including tracking, if this is required please contact me before ordering.

I ask you to bear this in mind when placing Christmas orders as I am unable to guarantee delivery to you in time for Christmas for orders after these dates

N.B. Dates are based on British / GMT time zones:

Australia & New Zealand: 4th December
Non EU Europe, Cyprus, Malta, Far East, Middle East, SA & South America: 9th December
USA & Canada: 9th December
EU Europe: 14th December
UK: 19th December


If you wish recorded (signed for) delivery extra charges will be applied please contact me before you order for a price for this extra service as I don't list this service on my shop currently

Standard insurance as per Royal Mail is included

We will aim to dispatch within 3 working days after receiving payment in full for the product(s)

Delivery Outside UK normally takes 1-3 days, Within Europe it takes between 2 - 5 working days
Everywhere else 5 - 10 - (some places it can take up to 16 Days)
Christmas Delivery restrictions / Delays apply (please see above and shop notifications)

Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If we have items returned due to this or wrong addresses given, or other postal address issues out of our control we reserve the right to withhold postage / customs duties fees from any refunds, if you require the items to be re-sent you may be charged additional postage fees. If you have any questions/queries about this please contact me asap. We will only accept / refund additional postage cost incurred by you for any returns upon our prior agreement and acceptance of these costs before you return any items to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We Accept Trade enquiries for large bespoke orders, please contact me with your details. If you see a product you like but can think of a way to change it to meet you needs, feel free to contact me and we can discuss any bespoke requirements.

Custom orders / personalisation may incur additional charges for the work undertaken, I will give you a quote/price in advance; please contact me before ordering and making any such requests, otherwise I may refuse and/or may not be able to complete your order depending on the product and personalisation requested.
