Custom portraits are shipped within 15 days in average after payment has been cleared. (kindly check the profile page for current turnaround time). Custom calligraphy paintings and original illustrations are usually shipped 4 days after payments are made. However, I can't ship on Fridays and Saturdays.
Please allow 20 days for the item to arrive to the USA and internationally, if regular shipping is chosen when check out. However, sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks for it to arrive depending on customs.
Please note that customs in Germany held the packages for a very long time and sometimes they send it back without dispatching. If you are ordering from Germany, I advise you call the postal service after 12 days of shipment to make sure you receive your package or choosing express shipping when check out.
Express shipping is highly recommended. It costs 30$ for any painting size and it takes up to 3 business days for a package to arrive destination.
I ship to Etsy addresses. If you want to send to another address please inform me.
