We make a range of ladies hats, fascinators, hatinators, headpieces and accessories for any type occasion. Such as weddings, race days & ladies days (Aintree Grand National, Royal Ascot, Derby Day etc), proms, christenings and other formal events.

We make every effort to ensure that designs are made as accurately as possible to photos shown, however due to them being handmade and made using natural materials there may be slight variations. We cannot guarantee exact colours due to each customers monitor display being set up differently.

All of my designs can be custom made in other colours to match your outfit. If you see a design that you love that isn't shown in the colour you require then please contact me to discuss this. If needed I can provide colour samples to make sure they match perfectly with your outfit. I can provide colour samples of up to five colours free of charge.

We are happy to give refunds on items returned to us as long as you contact us first within 14 days & return within 30 days of you receiving it. Return shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer.

Items must be unworn & in re-saleable condition & must have all attached labels, we cannot give refunds on items that have been worn or damaged. We do not offer refunds on bespoke designs due them being custom made for you.

Items must be returned via a tracked delivery method to ensure they get back to us safely. We are not responsible for returns that have been lost in the mail due & we will not be able to process your return & refund.

We reserve the right to not refund you if you return items outside the terms of our returns policy.

We strive to deliver out products on time but, at times delays can occur during shipping. So always order in plenty of time for your event. If you order close to your event this is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for delays during shipping and customs overseas, and in the UK. If you wish to have your item delivered faster then we can arrange a priority service for an extra cost.

Most of our items are dispatched within 5 working days, during busy periods please allow up to 7 working days. If you require your order to be dispatched sooner then please contact us with the date that you need your order by and we can let you know if your order can be dispatched sooner in time for your event. Please note that next day delivery is from the time your item is dispatched and not your order date.

My expectations were not met. The item was compact but missing the long feathers. Was this due to a small shipping box? I was disappointed it was not as pictured. The workmanship was good. Item did arrive on time.
