This is a cabochon made from a GIANT DEAD MOLLUSK! Actually the fossilized shell of an ancient fossil. The shell of an Ammonite to be exact! Its closest living relative is the Chambered Nautilus. It lived millions of years ago but it's beauty is not diminished one bit!

A slice of gorgeousness set on a sterling silver band. To me it looks like a bit of butterfly wing trapped under glass...

Note: I have not been able to get these lately. I think supply is being bought up. I currently have blue from teal to more purple colors and copper/green combo. These have all the fire and color of very VERY expensive opal.
Please select color when ordering.

Stone Size 5x7mm
I will custom make this ring in your size.

Note: Ask about price of ring with larger stones -Most are $80. I also have some beautiful large collector pieces I can set in a custom ring. Please inquire if interested.
