Fingers crossed you love your Frilly purchase, but if you need to return or exchange your item then you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for us to be able to offer a refund.

Send us a message via Etsy mail to inform us of your wish to return the item and your reasons for an exchange or refund. We want to help and to ensure you are happy with your items so please do get in touch. Once a refund or exchange is agreed please send your item back to us, we suggest dispatch via recorded delivery so that you know it arrives safely. The responsibility of the cost of returning the item back to us lies with you, the consumer.

When we receive the item we will refund you the full amount and the outward shipping cost within 30 days (but without a doubt It will almost certainly be much sooner than this).

If we do not receive the item unfortunately we will be unable to process a refund.
