Two wonderful vintage items to add to your vintage kitchen decor and/or use in your vintage kitchen. These items, being vintage, have passed the test of time -- now it's time for them to take up new residence in your home!

The first piece is a vintage hand mixer or rotary beater -- great for beating eggs for an omelette, fluffing up homemade whipped cream, etc. The metal shows some rust. This piece has a wooden handle with gorgeous chippy red and cream paint, a pair of mixers which intersect and turn very well, and a great big old gear with a sweet wire-coiled handle. The entire mixer measures approximately 11 inches long and approximately 2.5 inches wide at its widest point.

The second piece is a large straining ladle made of metal -- very sturdy! The handle is affixed to the bowl with two pieces of metal (not nails, exactly...), and there is no looseness there. This piece will last for many more years, whether you use it, display it, or both. It is beautifully worn and scratched, but has no rust. The handle is slightly hooked at the top, so you can hang up this piece. The entire piece measures approximately 13.5 inches long; the bowl measures approximately 4 inches across and approximately 1.75 inches deep.

Both pieces show normal vintage wear, but still have lots of life and could be used, and would look truly fabulous displayed in your vintage or country kitchen.
