Great experience from start to finish. I made a mistake on my order and contacted the seller. Crystal got back to me quickly and confirmed she made the appropriate update. Beautiful necklace arrived right on time and exactly as requested. I thought the font looked a little different than pictured but still really nice and my sister was thrilled with it.
