*The Turquoise-browed Motmot is a colorful tree-dwelling bird found in the forests and woodlands of Eastern Mexico, Central America, and South America. They eat insects, lizards, and fruit. Red Torch Ginger is Native to Southeast Asia but is now cultivated throughout the tropics. The beautiful pink flowers are used in flower arrangements while the flower buds are an important ingredient in some Southeast Asian dishes. What a lovely pair!*
