Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
We are all human and we sometimes make mistakes. If you find a mistake that we made please include an accurate explanation of the issue that depicts what is wrong and include clear pictures of the mistake. (Examples of mistakes: misspelled name, pressed the graphic on the wrong color or size shirt, etc...) Then, we will replace your shirt free of charge. Just contact us, show us a picture of the mistake, and we'll send you another shirt as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your non personalized merchandise, please contact us via Etsy's messaging system within 20 business days of receiving your order. All issues are usually handled on a case-by-case basis. But depending on the issue we can either offer an exchanged item or a partial to full refund of the purchase price not including shipping. When an item is returned, we ask that you deliver it in the exact same condition as when it was first received (unwashed, with tag on).

If your merchandise arrives damaged please inform us via Etsy's messaging system within 3 business days of delivery. We require clear pictures of any tears, rips, stains, punctures, etc... showing the actual damage to both the packaging and merchandise due to improper handling. With this information regarding your damaged merchandise, we will then start a claim process with USPS. USPS will then contact both you and us regarding the claim. DO NOT throw away any of the packaging because USPS may ask and send an agent to inspect the packaging. After this process is complete we will then replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.

No refunds are available for approved digital proof(s). See Additional policies and FAQs for more information regarding digital proofs.

All other possible issues with customized and personalized items will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Just please contact us via Etsy's messaging system and clearly explain the issue(s).

Who do we ship with?
We currently offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

What shipping methods are available and which one do I choose?
We're located in Connecticut, so depending where your ship-to-address is: First Class (slowest) is 3-10 business days, Priority (standard) is 2-3 business days and is not guaranteed by USPS, Express is 1-2 business days and is guaranteed by USPS. Also, please keep in mind that during the holidays in December, shipping takes sometimes twice as long due to delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays. Please choose the appropriate shipping method based upon your needs. Our production turn around time is usually 5-7 business days. We can guarantee making your shirts and shipping it out the door by a specific date when requested. But we are not responsible for the amount of time USPS takes to deliver your package. You are solely responsible for picking the appropriate shipping method necessary for you to receive your order on time.

What do you mean by appropriate shipping method?
EXAMPLE: If you needed your shirts by August 11, 2017 for a weekend vacation and you ordered the previous week August 2, 2017. The earliest we could have made and shipped your shirts out with no additional fees would have been in 5 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday or USPS Postal Holidays). Your shirts would have shipped out on August 9th, 2017 and that would have left only 2 days of ship time. So if you selected First Class or Priority Shipping your shirts will most likely not get to you in time. You would have needed to select USPS Express Shipping.

I don't want want to pay so much for shipping. Can you pay for it?
Again we are not responsible for your chosen shipping method. We also do not upgrade shipping methods free of charge. However, if we notice that your order will definitely not get to you in time due to your selected shipping method, we will try to contact you and if possible offer you alternative solutions. Then depending on when you reply this could potentially delay your order from being shipped out, and this again is not our responsibility. If you are presented with an alternative shipping solution, you will need to reply and authorize the substitution before we can proceed with having your order processed.

Do you need shirts by a specific date or in less than 5 business days?
Please contact us prior to and after you have placed an order with us with a need-by date. Also, you MUST note in your order during check out your need-by date. We receive 100's of conversations a day. It is impossible for us to remember a prior conversation before you ordered with us. You MUST let us know the date you need your order to arrive so we can ensure it is made and processed in a timely manner. Rush processing fees of $5 per shirt may apply to orders needed in less than 5 business days. Rush processing fees may increase during "peak time" (during the Christmas Holiday season).

Can't find your delivered package?
If a package is shown as being delivered by USPS tracking system, but you can't find it, please contact your local USPS right away and ask for a supervisor. Explain the situation and then they will most likely speak with the mail-carrier responsible for delivering mail to your address. Puddle Bear Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to work with you on resolving this issue on a case-by-case basis.

What is the difference between Express Priority Shipping and Rush Processing?
Processing time is the amount of days our company takes to create your products before they are shipped to you. Rush Processing has no influence on your shipping method. Our processing time varies during the year due to the custom nature of our products. Every shirt is made to order and based on each customers specific request. To add customization or personalization to orders, please let us know what you would like by writing us a note in the "Note to seller" when placing your order.
All of our basic "Class of" and Graduation Cap shirts are in adult sizes. We understand that the word "Children" next to the size is confusing to some, but this is an Etsy classification as they are shirts intended for children and has nothing to do with the actual size of the shirt. They are adult sized shirts.
We are more than happy to give quotes for orders and shipping. In order to accurately give a quote, we will need your zip code to calculate your shipping total.
All orders are shipped from Connecticut.
SS is the abbreviation for Short Sleeve shirt
LS is the abbreviation for Long Sleeve shirt
Back Text refers to printing, text, or graphics on the back of the shirt in addition to the graphic and or text on the front of the shirt.
Our shop has a cart feature so every time you choose an item, it will be added to your shopping cart. Once all items are added to the cart you, can add a note for any personalization or special instructions in the note to seller box.
All of our shirts are made individually and this allows us to to be able to customize all of our shirts however you would like them to be.
When placing your order just leave us a note in the note to seller box telling us what you would like the shirt to say or a simple note like "design only, no text."
Our shirts are listed individually by style, size and color. When ordering a shirt set, you will need to add both shirts in the sizes and colors you want to order to complete your set. This allows you to choose the correct size and style for each person and allows for making shirt sets with two different colored shirts.
We try to do everything we can to ensure your order is processed correctly. We ask that you double check all spelling and sizes when placing your order. We are not responsible for items that are requested in an incorrect size or personalizations that are spelled incorrectly.

If you request the cancellation of custom items before material processing has begun, we can cancel your order and issues a refund.

If vinyl has already been cut and or your order has already been pressed, we cannot issue a refund. These matters may be taken up on a case-by-case basis.
