Nobody likes to wait long for the shipment (neither I!) - that's why I ship my products only by priority courier services.

The processing time for wallpapers is 3-5 business days and shipping takes:

2 business days- United States,
2-4 business days- Europe,
3-4 business days- Canada, Australia.

Preparing wall instructions:
The wall should be dry, light, smooth, clean and free of dust.
Manufacturer recommends to install the set of stickers 3 weeks after painting. I also do not recommend applying decals on walls painted with latex paint.


My "peel and stick" material can be hanged and reaplied multiple times. Please make sure your wall is prepared correctly as the stickers may rip on old or badly prepared coatings during re-application.

Right after receiving the product, make sure that the product is free of flaws.

Please, remember! After installation, I am unable to deal with any complaints.

Product dimensions can vary +/- 2%.

Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order and please provide your phone number in the order note.

The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to Poland.

As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer].

I gladly accept returns for standard orders that do not exceed $1500 :)

- ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return

Custom orders do not apply to returns&exchanges policy. The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense.

Unfortunately, (it is stated in Etsy policy) as a seller, I am not responsible of any customs charges or fees in other countries as for items coming from a different country. I also have no option to check how much and if there is any extra fee while shipping the order.

Unfortunately, I can't print metallic colors. I can prepare an imitation of gold/silver, if that interests you as well! The actual color may vary slightly from your monitor and then on a final print.
The scale and colors of the pattern used in the visualization may differ from those in the final print.
Keep in mind that the colors of another panel can vary a little bit, due to a different print batch.

In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration.
