We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Before/after Christmas there are usually up to 3-5 weeks of delays (Nov 10 to Jan 20). A shipping upgrade is available for European countries: priority shipping (Faster service, also with tracking number)

Since international mail is affected by various circumstances, we are unable to resolve delayed delivery within a period of 30 to 40 days from the date of dispatch. Please understand that once the package is shipped, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.

►► CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may apply. Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs or problems with postal services.

►►Courier service
If you need your order delivered in less time than the above deadlines, we offer two courier systems.

* DHL courier service for European orders (delivery time: 24 to 72 hours) and for US orders (delivery times: 4 to 5 business days depending on the postal code). ►► ITEMS ORDERED BACK
When the item you purchased is out of stock, it will not be available for shipping yet and will ship around the approximate date listed. Please note that dates are approximate and subject to change.
Approximate shipping dates for backordered items are indicated in the drop-down menu for each item and all dates are subject to change. Please note: Your entire order will be shipped together as soon as all items are ready for shipment. However, if you have any issues with this and would rather have available items shipped first, please let us know so we can fix it. Regardless, consider placing a separate order for your backorders if you'd rather not wait for the rest of your items to ship. Payment for all items is collected when your order is placed.

►►RETURN MAIL
If a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address that the buyer gave us through Etsy was not correct.
2) If the package, once it was tried to deliver, is not claimed.
3) Return of international packages, we do not assume customs expenses.
4) If the package has suffered delays in customs or in the warehouses of the post office of your country and the package is damaged the Shipping Label. We DO NOT offer REFUND, it is not a problem caused by us

In all these cases, we do NOT offer a REFUND.
We will offer the possibility to resend the package again once the postal services send it to us. We will send a message to confirm the shipping address and the buyer will have to reimburse the shipping and handling costs before we send the package again.
►►PACKING
We are an environmentally friendly shop we try to reduce packing to one or two boxes (depending on the quantity ordered). If you need your earrings in separate boxes please write us a note and we will do so.
