* Deerskin is very high quality and versatile leather. It can go from being wet to dry over and over again and it still will conform back to it's original condition. It is a very soft and supple leather yet deerskin's leather fibers make it abrasion resistant and give it high shear strength. It is also extremely comfy to wear in any temperature; it becomes cooler in warm weather and warmer in cold weather. Definitely a luxurious and fun leather to design with, craft with, and wear!!

Ship dates are noted during the check out process are estimated and set based upon the longest amount of time required to make that particular piece. In most cases, you will receive your order well before that date.

CUSTOM ORDERS require additional time for delivery because I believe in personalized service and work with each customer individually to provide the best design and the best fit. Please contact me for more information.

Please make sure all SHIP TO information is accurate before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages that are lost in shipment.

Production time varies from item to item. Below is an estimation of delivery times via USPS:

Standard First Class: 3-5 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Priority Express Mail:1-2 business days

International:
10 to 14 days from ship date, but can sometimes take as long as 6-8 weeks depending on location and customs.

Rush shipping upgrades are available in your cart at checkout. Please remember that the transit times listed only estimates and not guaranteed.

If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know prior to ordering. I will do my very best to accommodate you.

Custom designing is when I create a design especially for you; your specific needs and desires, taste and style. I make a pattern which is tailored to your body using your measurements. I gather samples of leather; any type, texture, color. It can be your vision, or my vision for you.

I will give estimate ranges over the phone or email once I have the details of your project, i.e. photographs, sketches, style, size, time frame, etc. You may send your information to lisa@lisacantalupo.com or convo me on etsy.

An exact estimate of your project is given once we have committed to working together; a design contract is signed and a $150.00 design fee is paid (it will be applied to the balance of your order).

2. Make your selections in the drop down boxes.

4. If you would like to make small changes such as; close the tummy, more coverage on the back, let me know in the notes to seller section during checkout.
5. Make your purchase (record any extra info in the "comments" section at time of checkout).
6. Sit back and watch for your confirmation email.

Orders are processed in the order which they are received.

Items which are ALTERED or CHANGED in any way to suit you cannot be returned. Returns are accepted on UNWORN merchandise ONLY. I inspect, clean and condition all items before they're shipped - natural markings DO NOT constitute reason for a return or exchange.

Please REPACKAGE THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING or equivalent.

You are responsible for return shipping cost including insurance. Once the item is received I will issue you a refund for the amount of the item, OR exchange it for an item of equal value, OR issue a store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

I will make repairs or replace due to any fault of my own but not due to abuse, mishandling of the item, or normal wear and tear.
