TURNAROUND TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 days depending on how fast we receive your approval of the proof sent to you. After purchase you will receive an electronic draft to preview and approve. Please review and approve your proofs as soon as possible to enable us produce on time. We appreciate working so closely with our customers.

During Holiday season, due to the large volume of orders, our production time may go up to 5 days.
If an order is needed urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order to find out if we will be able to meet your deadline.
We are required by law to charge sales tax of 8% for all transactions from customers located in Texas.
Once a Final Proof is approved we shall not be responsible for any mistakes discovered later after approval.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order, and as long as production has not begun, we will be happy to refund your money.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If for some reason your product is damaged during shipment, please take a photo to document and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will be happy to replace your item at no cost if we receive notification within 48 hours of when the tracking information shows a status of "delivered".

RETURNS
Since all items are one of a kind, custom made, all sales are final. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will try our best to make you a satisfied customer!
We request that you please contact us before leaving a negative feedback or opening a case against us as we are always willing to offer great customer service.

If there is a mistake on custom orders, we will correct the mistake and incur all related costs including shipping.

We all count on the Post office to get your product delivered on time. Once mailed, first class domestic orders take 2-5 business days while Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days for delivery. We will be sure to get your package shipped within the promised time frame, but once it is in the postal service's hands we no longer have any control on the delivery time.
Please be aware that postal delivery dates are simply estimates, not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class international Package.
Please note that USPS First Class International Packages do not provide a tracking number.

A preview is always sent to you before final product is made.
Yes! Fill out the recipients address in the 'Ship To' section at check out. We can include a handwritten note for you {free of charge}. Just leave us all the instructions regarding your Note in the "Note to seller" section at checkout too.
We DO NOT include pricing in our packages, so you're all set there.
We send proofs on all personalized products. You are requested to review and approve your proofs as soon as possible to enable us produce on time. We appreciate working so closely with our customers.
Once a Final Proof is approved we then proceed to Production.
After delivery of the proof, you will have 2 business days to inform us of change requests. If we do not hear from you, we will proceed with your order as shown in the proof based on your order instructions and the purchased design. If you need more time to decide, please just let us know.

Each design takes time to customize specially for you. For all orders, the design proof is provided to you after purchase. This is very standard for any design work.
After purchase, you will receive your design proof in 1-2 business days. At that point, we are more than happy to make any changes until you are satisfied.
