Description
Vintage 1970s dress made of maroon polyester with a sheer, floral chiffon overlay. The overlay attaches at the waist to create a blouson effect. Underneath it, the bodice of the dress is like a tank top with spaghetti straps. The dress is a pullover style with elastic waist and a flowy, just below the knee skirt. Excellent condition. The spaghetti straps have been shortened but are still sturdy and it doesn't show through the chiffon layer. Washed and ready to wear.
Fits like a medium/large. I have taken the following measurements for best fit:
chest- up to 38"
waist- 20" to 30"
hip- over 50"
length from shoulder to waist- 16"
length from waist to hem- 25"
shoulder- 13.5"
sleeve length from shoulder seam- 22"
The maroon fabric has stretch, the sheer floral does not.
Brand: no tag
Fabric: polyester and polyester chiffon
