Can I customize my order, change a design or font, have more than 1 color on a decal?

Yes, yes, and yes! If you would like to customize a design, change fonts or even the color of the vinyl used in the photo, just use the Message feature in Etsy or email us at asknoodlecuts@gmail.com with your requested changes. Get creative! You can even request more than 1 color on your decal. We offer a wide variety of color options and vinyl finishes and are able to create your decal(s) in one or more colors. Color options are listed with each item.

Can my decals be removed and reused? Can my decals be washed in the dishwasher?

Removal of our decals depends on the type of vinyl used in its creation. High gloss finish and matte finish vinyl decals (ex. Oracle 631) can be removed but not reused. Outdoor vinyl (ex. Oracle 651) decals are made using permanent vinyl and are removable but will leave a sticky residue on the surface and are not reusable. Once the decal is applied to the drinkware (ex. glassware, coffee mugs, water bottles) it must be hand washed in warm water. Decals are not dishwasher safe.

What's included in my order?

Your one of a kind decal(s)! You'll also receive: * Practice paw decals, application instructions, squeegee/applicator & a couple of Harley & Leo's favorite "treat-mints" A happy customer is our #1 priority & that includes high quality products, as well as exceptional customer service. If there is an issue or you're not satisfied with your decal(s), please contact us ASAP so we can address your concerns. Make sure that you choose your decals, fonts, and/or colors with care. We'll only be able to issue a credit or replacement if there is an error made on our part with personalization, color, or if the decal was damaged prior to delivery. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges that occur due to improper application.

What size is my decal?

All decal sizes are listed as an overall dimension of the image/design from the highest point to the lowest point and the points from farthest left to farthest right. Example: 3.5" width x 3.5" height

Will my decals stick to a wall?

Yes, our decals will adhere to most smooth, non-porous surfaces. Walls painted with Low VOC, Teflon, and other similar paints are designed to be "non-stick" and the vinyl may not adhere. It's recommended that freshly painted surfaces cure 2 weeks before decal application. If you are unsure if it will stick to the surface, just Message us or email at askharley@noodlecutsdecals.com to request a "Practice Paw" decal to test your surface.

If I live in Australia will I need to pay the goods & services tax (GST)?

The Australian government passed a new law that went into effect July 1, 2018 that impacts some orders shipped to Etsy customers in Australia. The new law requires Etsy to collect a 10% goods & services tax (GST) on certain goods (orders) sold to Australian buyers from overseas up to the value of $1,000 AUD. If applicable, Etsy will automatically include the tax in the buyer’s total to be paid at checkout.
