This wonderful quilt measures approximately 115" x 115". It is shown on a queen sized bed and reached almost to the floor on 3 sides with plenty of pillow tuck. On a king sized bed it would still hang more than 15" from the mattress top. It is machine pieced and machine quilted in a meandering pattern. It can be machine washed and machine dried, but I would encourage you to use a Color Catcher (laundry aisle) the first few times it is washed to catch any residual running of color.

The bright "fire" colors of red, orange, pink and purple are offset by bright white and red sashings. The outer border and the backing are a FABULOUS graphic print that I loved so much I bought an extra bolt! The backing is shown folded over the quilt front in one of the pictures.

This quilt was made in a smoke-free home. Postage costs have increased dramatically and this is a HEAVY quilt, so I have had to guesstimate shipping fees. This quilt will be shipped insured in the US only. If you would like it insured for outside the US, it will have to be sent by priority mail and there will be an additional charge.
