Shipping policies

All items that are in stock and ready to ship - ship within 3 business days
All made to order items I have listed - ship within 5 to 7 business days

The shipping on custom orders depend on the content of the request and will be determined on an individual case basis.

I ship through USPS at their regular rate and provide a tracking number. International orders are automatically first class so that I can provide a tracking number.

The tracking number for international orders can be used at USPS.com to check the location of your purchase while it is still in the US. The United States Postal Service stops tracking it once it leaves the United States. Once it reaches your country, you can take the tracking number to your local post office, and they may be able to help you. (this information is via my local post office I ship from)

I am not responsible for or obligated to replace orders lost in transit.

If you want to be upgraded to priority shipping or to be shipped through FedEx: I can do that at your expense, please let me know BEFORE you make a purchase.

Additional policies

Get your finger sized at a jewelry store before you order. If you order the wrong size ring, I am not responsible or obligated to refund or resize.
I can resize a ring if you receive it and realize that you requested the wrong size. My resizing fee is $15 plus the return postage ($5 to $15 depending on location). This option is not available for every ring, so please make sure you request the correct size the first time.
Keep in mind that rings with a thicker band will require a larger size. If you were sized with a thin ring sizer instead of a thick ring sizer band, you may have to increase the size by about 1/2 of a size.
If you have your finger sized, and are uncertain of how to determine if you need to go up a size due to a thicker band, let me know. I just need to know what size you were told and whether they used a thick or thin ring band sizer.

I strive to adequately label every item, and where applicable, detail any flaws or imperfections. Though, since all my rings are handmade by me, they are not intended to look die cast or machine made.

The gemstones I use in my jewelry are authentic. Every gemstone I use is natural, not lab grown or synthetic. Please message me if you would like information on treatments stones have been put through. This information will usually be made available in the listing description. I may not be aware of every treatment a stone has received, but will disclose any treatments that I am aware of.

I cannot guarantee that any stone will appear exactly as it it displayed on your monitor. The stone will look different in different lighting, and everyone's monitor is calibrated differently. I try to take most of my photos in neutral light to avoid color casts, but at times this is not possible. I do not color enhance stones in any images.
