To avoid delays or lost shipments, please make sure your shipping address is correct on Etsy. We DO NOT change/update addresses on orders already placed, and returned items will be charged a reshipping fee.

You can check your estimated ship date and tracking information in the "Purchases & Reviews" section of your account. Once your order ships, it is in the hands of the US Postal Service, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee they will deliver on time, especially during the holiday season. Shipping fees will not be refunded in the event that your order is delayed (especially during holiday season); order accordingly. Please refer to the tracking number emailed to you when your order ships.

**Watermark in listing photo is for display only and not part of design.
**No refunds/cancellations after order has been made.
**Any custom order designs are owned by the shop. There may be a possibility that after the order, the custom design will be offered in the shop.


Only one coupon code per transaction can be honored due to Etsy. It is the
responsibility of the purchaser to provide a promo code at the time of checkout. Once the order is placed I am unable to add a discount to orders.
