"Herdwick Sheep" - mounted print

Original photographs taken at the Hardknott Roman Fort, located on the western side of the Hardknott Pass in Cumbria, in the Lake District, UK.

Herdwicks are the native breed of the central and western Lake District. They are extremely hardy and are managed in the traditional way on the Lake District fells that have been their home for generations.

Each print is made to order and assembled by myself in a cream mount, which is professionally cut using high-quality, acid free mount board. Each one comes in a cellophane bag for protection.
