Description

The Be You Journal is a space for you to express your creativity, thoughts and feelings, whilst still making sure you are staying on top of your commitments. It allows you to keep track of what you need to do, where you need to be, and things like how much water you're drinking. But most importantly, it allows you to see where and how you spend your time, and what influence this has on your wellbeing.
In the Be You Journal it is your happiness and wellbeing that is the focus, whether that has to do with increasing your productivity (as in so many planners) or taking care of yourself.
It is an undated planner allowing you to start and finish it at any time of the year. It spans over 12 weeks creating the perfect opportunity to develop new habits, set project goals or anything else you would like to try out!

The Be You Journal is inspired by the bullet journaling method. A lof of the methods that I used in my bullet journal I decided to include in this planner. Keeping a journal improved my mental health and wellbeing so much that I felt I should share this with whoever wanted to hear it. In this planner I have compiled all the tools that really helped me in the hope that it can help you too to take control of your life and wellbeing.

Some of the tools included in this planner are:
- A goal setting page.
- A key page; here you can colour code different areas of your life (if you so please) to get a visual representation throughout the journal of what you spend your time on.
- A place to write down or glue in memories throughout the year to be able to look back on later.
- A space to practice gratefulness.
- Project pages that allow you to break down the stages of a project and set clear tasks to achieve in the next 12 weeks.
- Weekly overviews that includes a section for events, tasks and meal planning, and tracker for any activities you want to stay on top of. It also allows you to set a top three to do's for that week. I would recommend choosing at least one personal related to do every single week to ensure you are taking care of yourself.
- Daily overviews that allow you to journal or doodle or anything else you like per day. You can also track your water intake and where you spend your time. There is a space to note down the weather if you want (this always has an effect on my mood) and note down if it was a good day or not. On the side there is a time tracker for the day allowing for a visual representation of your day as well.
- Plenty of pages throughout the journal to write down your thoughts, create lists, notes, journal, doodle etc.
- Every 4 weeks there is a review page to reflect back and see what went well and what you would like to improve on.

It's beautiful! Thanks so much! It took almost 2 months to get it to the US, but it was worth it!
