Though the item is good, apart from paying shipping charges, I had to pay customs duty to Royal Mail, around £16.
So for the item which costed £35 .45,I paid shipping charges, £10.63 and £ 16 to Royal Mail as customs duty and other charges.
So for this necklace, finally I ended up paying around £ 62 as total charges which I felt very high.
Otherwise, the service from the shop's side was good and item was delivered in time.
