• I know shipping costs are outrageous and the worst part of shopping online. I keep costs down by using flat rate shipping so feel free to fill up that box, I'll combine the shipping and refund any overage on the shipping charge.
• I wrap the contents in tissue and a twine bow before packing in bubble wrap so it makes a nice impression when the box is opened in case it is a gift!

• I will always meet my production times. I cannot be held responsible once your package is shipped. Shipping delays happen and occasionally a package ends up lost. I am more than happy to help with filing claims and once it is filed and processed I will remake your lost order.
• I insure every package. If your items arrive damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please take photos right away and send me a message. USPS requires all claims to have photo proof of the damage. I will take care of the claim and give you further details after contacting USPS.
• I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. To avoid shipping delays, please take time to verify your shipping address when placing your order.

• Buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses or packages returned for any other reason.

• Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of purchase. (I pride myself on quick turnaround times and get started on orders quickly!)

•Custom orders are nonrefundable.
•Other returns must be UNUSED and buyer must contact me within: 3 days of delivery.
•Items must be shipped back in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
•Used items cannot be returned/refunded.
•The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s) as well as original shipping.

•Uncertain about a particular scent? I sell single votive candles so you may sample a fragrance before committing to a larger size. Every nose is different. Some people have a higher sensitivity to scents than others. For this reason, all of my products are tested by at least 3 individuals in different households for strength, burn time and accuracy in fragrance before they are offered to the public.

•Never leave burning candles unattended. This cannot be stressed enough.
•Never leave burning candles in reach of children and pets.
•Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4" at all times.
•Burn on a heat resistant flat surface, and for votive candles; in an appropriate holder and away from drafts.
•Let candles cool completely before moving to avoid burning yourself.
•When burning a candle, especially the first time allow enough burn time for the melt pool to reach the edge of the candle. This will eliminate ‘tunneling’ on subsequent burns and increase the life of your candle. Allowing a full melt pool each time you burn your candle will provide the maximum fragrance experience.

Gift giving is so much fun!

Each order is wrapped with tissue and a rustic twine bow before placed in bubble wrap and protective material, so your order is appealing when you take it out of the packing material.

If your item is a gift, please include a "note to seller" on the order page and I will include a message along with your items.

All orders received by Dec. 12 will be mailed out on or before Dec. 18. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once items are shipped. Plan ahead for the holidays!
