Custom and personalized orders are gladly accepted! Simply click "request a custom order" on an item, or click "ask a question", and I will gladly assist you in making your custom order. Please note, custom orders are subject to change in price, depending on the extent to which they are customized.

Most prints are available in 5"x7", 8"x10", 11"x14", and 18"x24". Select prints are available only in smaller sizes, such as 8"x10", in order to preserve their resolution. If you need a print size that is not included in your download package, specify the size needed in the "note to seller" box during checkout, and I will email the custom size to you.

Prints can be printed easily from home using any paper! For a matte look, I suggest a card stock. A simple copy paper works just as well, if you plan on framing the print. For a glossy look, I suggest using photo paper. Both card stock and photo paper are easily accessible and affordable!

Printing from home is easy and convenient using a free PDF viewer, such as adobe viewer, and simply printing directly from the viewer. If you do not have a printer, you can take your PDF print to a print shop, such as FedEx/Kinkos, Office Depot, or a local print shop. FedEx/Kinkos also allows you to upload and order prints online, and have them sent directly to your home.

To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it. To open a zipped file on a PC, drag the .zip attachment to the desktop. Once the file is on the desktop, you can double- or right-click to open it. Double-click the zipped file to see its contents. If you cannot get your zip file to open after attempting these steps, please message me and I will email the unzipped print files to you.

Printing JPG's from home is easy and convenient. Simply open the image on any image viewing software or program and click print. If you do not have a printer, you can take your JPG file to a print shop or upload your JPG using an online print service, and have it printed for you. Mpix.com, Target, Costco, FedEx/Kinkos all offer convenient and affordable printing options.

Your files are accessible by clicking "you" on your Etsy homepage, then clicking "purchases and downloads", then clicking the orange "download file" button on the right hand side of your listed order. Note: orders can take several minutes to become available, depending on how fast your payment can be processed.

Files will appear blank if you attempt to open them on a mobile device without a zip file viewing app. Most computers are enabled to open zip files, so a viewing downloads on a desktop or laptop is recommended.

Occasionally I am away from a computer, and am temporarily unable to produce custom prints and sizes. If this is the case, I will post a shop announcement stating when custom orders will be available again.
