Beautiful Flower girl Dress. the top is made with white stretch fabric and blue lace overlay. Flowers are cascading down the skirt. Great for birthday parties, pageants, or will make a great photo prop! It will be awesome for a flower girl at your special wedding day.
For convenience, the top attached to the skirt with the snap fasteners.

Even though I package tutus in the thick paper and then poly envelope, your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being in the package, as I have no control how mail service handeling it. To dewrinkle the tutu just shake it holding by the waist line, fluff it out or wear it. The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfectly fluffy tutu. You can also sprinkle it with warm mist or simply hang in the bathroom while you shower. It will be fluffy again then.

Every item is made individually, therefor all sales are final. All of my items are sent in the perfect condition and very well packed. Because the items are to be used for newborns I do not accept returns. I will however correct any mistakes on my part if need be. If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact me.
There will not be exchange or returns on the custom or special orders, custom sizing or large wholesale orders. I do not except returns or exchanges on any of the tutus. There are different light techniques used by professional photographers as well as colors may be slightly different on yours and mine monitors, I try to include at least one picture of the true color, therefor i will not be able to accept returns due to the color difference. Please be advise 30% restocking fee for the cancellation request if such a request was made more than 24h after order was placed. If I was asked to rush the order, there will not be cancellation request accepted.

Please, also note that I'm not able to refund the shipping and handling charges. Return shipping at buyers expense. I'm not responsible for any damages occur by postal and shipment services. I'm not responsible for the lost items as well. I am not responsible for any delays in shipment due to the postal service. Please, let me know if you would like to purchase insurance/tracking for the shipment or the expedited shipping and I will be glad to provide the quota for it.

Shipping policies
Completion update: orders received on of after April 16 will be shipped within approx 2-2.5 weeks after the cleared payment to the address on Etsy receipt . Dresses are sent within approx 1.5-2 months. Delivery US/Can takes 4-6 business days, a bit longer to other countries. Please, contact me if you need it faster, I will ALWAYS do my best. Please, note that holidays in Canada may be different so, contact me if you have concern. Any of the item I will ship worldwide. Convo me if you need to send it expedited.
