Returned to Sender Policy

If your package is marked “Returned to Sender”, here’s what happens next: 1️⃣ Reship Your Order – Once we receive the package back, we’ll email you to confirm the correct address and provide a payment link for the reshipping cost. 2️⃣ Request a Refund – If you’d rather not have the package resent, we can issue a refund for the item(s) minus a restocking fee. We know shipping mishaps can be frustrating, and we’re here to help! Feel free to reach out with any questions. 😊

Shipping Address Responsibility

We totally get it—typos happen! But to keep things running smoothly, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the exact address provided at checkout, and unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, please message us on Etsy ASAP. We’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships, but once it’s on its way, we can’t make changes.

Custom and personalized orders

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, don’t worry—you still have options! Since we covered the shipping cost the first time, we do ask that you cover the cost of reshipping. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll send you with a link to pay for the new shipping label before we resend it. If you prefer to cancel instead of re-shipping, we’re happy to issue a refund for the item(s) minus a restocking fee.

Returns & Restocking Fee

We accept returns on eligible items, but a 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective items returned in original, unused condition. This helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs. To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund minus the restocking fee. Questions? Message us anytime! 😊
