►►► All my packages are hand addressed in my calligraphy. PLEASE NOTE that I ship to your ETSY mailing address and NOT to your PayPal mailing address.

► Shipping materials, packaging and the labor involved are all factored into the costs of shipping.

Domestic Orders
► All orders shipped first class mail via the USPS. I ship "paid for" orders within 48 hours and sometimes on the same day of your purchase. If for any reason you are worried that you have not received your delivery within a reasonable amount of time please convo me and I will work with you to resolve the matter! (It does not happen a lot but it is not unheard of for the USPS to lose a package or an envelope.)

International Orders:
► I ship USPS first class internationally as well. First class generally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, but this is not guaranteed. I am not responsible for any lost international mail under any circumstances but I will work with you to help see that the matter is resolved.

Please note that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations, and unfortunately I cannot be responsible for this type of delay. Additionally, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. While I take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, I cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

► Custom Orders ship upon completion of the project.

► Inquiries (convos) for custom orders are always welcome! Just a heads up...sometimes it may take me a few days to respond to emails and convos. I still love you though. Thank you for your understanding!

► If you would like me to create something for you please contact me through my shop. So please make sure the box is checked to have your convos sent to your email address and that your email address is one that you check regularly. I will always respond to your request with a convo. Again, it may take me a few days to respond to convos.

► Please understand I may not be able to accept your custom order and I will do my best to offer you an alternative or refer you to another talented artist.

► If I do accept your request (and I will want to) I will send you a reply through Etsy convos.

► I may need more information from you in order to complete your order so if you are still interested, please make sure to log into your account for my convo.
